20 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Effective Date: Warranty effective as of date noted on the PO Agreement.
Express Warranty: Product is free from manufacturing defects when installed and maintained as per GTO specifications.
Defects Covered: Warping, corrosion, cracking, chalk resistance, color retention.
Repair/Replace: GTO will repair or replace defective product; no labor/installation costs covered.
Refund: If repair/replacement not possible, refund up to original product cost.
Warranty Period: 20 years from Effective Date.

Applicability: Applicable only to original Owner/Purchaser.
Transferability: Warranty transferable for 3 years if proof of purchase provided.
Registration: Product must be registered within 90 days for warranty to take effect.
Maintenance: Regular maintenance as per GTO guidelines required for warranty validity.
Redemption: Defect claims must be submitted within 30 days with required documentation.
Exclusions: Mishandling, marine use, harsh conditions, natural causes, improper care not covered.
